1. introduction

At Ródia - Escritório de Contabilidade, Lda, we aim to provide high quality accounting services that meet our clients' needs. However, we realise that situations may arise in which the client needs to request a refund. This policy sets out the terms and conditions under which we accept returns and issue refunds.

2. Eligibility for a Refund

To be eligible for a refund, the customer must fulfil the following criteria:

- The service must not have been started. If work has already begun, it will not be possible to refund the amounts corresponding to services already rendered.
- The refund request must be made within 5 days of contracting the service.
- The reason for the request must be justified and comply with the conditions set out in this policy.

 

 

3. Requesting a refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

1. send an e-mail to contabilidade@rodia.pt with the subject "Refund Request".
2. Include the following details in the e-mail:
   - Full name
   - Order number
   - Date the service was contracted
   - Reason for requesting reimbursement

 

 

4. Analysing the request

- After receiving your request, our team will analyse it and contact you within 15 working days to confirm receipt.
- In some cases, we may require additional information to process the request.

 

 

5. Approval and Processing of Refunds

- If the refund request is approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 15 working days.
- Please note that the time it takes for the credit to appear on your account may vary depending on the financial institution's policy.

 

 

6. Services Not Eligible for Refund

- Services already completed and delivered to the customer.
- Administrative or set-up fees previously reported.
- Any other service that, by its nature, cannot be returned.

 

 

7. Exceptions

- In the event of a proven error or fault on the part of Ródia - Escritório de Contabilidade, Lda, we reserve the right to offer a partial or full refund, even if the request does not meet the standard conditions described above.
